All food composition tables used here are brought from other sources and are therefore fully covered by the license terms set by the original authors of these tables.
IMPORTANT : while copying databases from different sources, I alway used total amount of carbohydrates. Some sources differentiate between available carbohydrates and fibers.
Here's a list of foodcomposition tables that can be used with the HelpDiabetes application. You can use any of the excel sheets and install it in the application using either method 1 or method 2, or send me an e-mail with your type of phone and the database you want to use.
