http://www.phoload.com/m/download.action?id=104 . Phoload will detect your type of phone and will automatically download the right version for your phone. Phoload hosts eight versions so far and this number is increasing.

Possibly your phone is not supported by Phoload. In that case send me an e-mail or try one of the following methods.

Download the application to your PC.
Go to Phone Uploader
In the section 'Upload Java midlets', chose 'Jar File' , chose the HelpDiabetes.jar that you just downloaded to your PC and chose 'Upload midlet'. You will see a 'jump code'. Surf with your cellular phone to http://rumkin.com/tools/sprint/jump.php, fill in the 'jump code' and chose 'Get File'.
