Possibly your phone is not supported by Phoload. In that case send me an e-mail or try one of the following methods.

Use a cable (USB), InfraRed or Bluetooth connection to copy the application from your PC to your phone and install it. You can download the application here  :

Go to Phone Uploader
In the section 'Upload Java midlets', chose 'Jar File' , chose the HelpDiabetes.jar that you just downloaded to your PC and chose 'Upload midlet'. You will see a 'jump code'. Surf with your cellular phone to http://rumkin.com/tools/sprint/jump.php, fill in the 'jump code' and chose 'Get File'.
